Snoozd - The Greatest Alarm App in The World

Welcome to Snoozd, a mobile alarm clock application operated by Burrito Bros AB ("we," "our," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Snoozd, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Snoozd is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its functionality, or reverse-engineer its components.

2. Age Restriction

Snoozd is rated 4+ on the App Store and Google Play, making it suitable for users aged 4 years and older. Content is curated to meet the 4+ guidelines, but if you believe a specific element is inappropriate for your child, disable access or delete the app.

Parents or caretakers of a child's device are responsible for how the child uses the app, including monitoring content and managing purchases. We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors.

3. Subscription & Payments

Snoozd offers a premium subscription managed via RevenueCat and billed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Subscriptions are available as weekly ($1.49/week - Duration: 1 week), monthly ($4.99/month - Duration: 1 month), or yearly ($29.99/year - Duration: 12 months) plans and renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
No refunds are provided for unused time. Apple manages all billing and cancellations.

4. Content

Snoozd provides character-based alarm audio generated with third-party services (e.g., ElevenLabs). Content may vary over time.
You may not copy, redistribute, or resell app content.

5. Privacy

We collect and process personal information (such as name, email, and address) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Snoozd is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that alarms will always trigger without error, and we are not responsible for missed alarms or resulting damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Upon deletion, voice files, account records, usage logs associated with you will be removed or anonymized, to the extent feasible.
