How do I set up an alarm?

Open the app and tap the "+" button to create a new alarm. Choose your preferred time, select a character, and customize the alarm message. Don't forget to enable the alarm before saving!

What characters are available?

Snoozd features a variety of characters including wizards, superheroes, sergeants, and more! New characters are added every week. Check the app regularly to discover new options.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel or modify your subscription:

  • iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Snoozd
  • Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Snoozd

You can cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

What subscription plans are available?

Snoozd offers three subscription options:

  • Weekly: $1.49/week - Duration: 1 week
  • Monthly: $4.99/month - Duration: 1 month
  • Yearly: $29.99/year - Duration: 12 months

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your device. Please contact their support teams directly for refund requests. We do not provide refunds for unused subscription time.

My alarm didn't go off. What should I do?

First, check that your device's volume is turned up and Do Not Disturb mode is off. Make sure the app has notification permissions enabled in your device settings. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or your device. If problems continue, contact us at support@snoozd.app.

Can I customize the alarm message?

Yes! Premium subscribers can customize alarm messages. The selected character will deliver your personalized message using AI-generated voice.

Is my data secure?

Troubleshooting

Alarm Not Ringing

  • Check device volume settings
  • Ensure Do Not Disturb mode is disabled
  • Verify notification permissions are enabled for Snoozd
  • Make sure the alarm is enabled (toggle switch is on)
  • Restart the app or your device

App Crashes or Freezes

  • Close and restart the app
  • Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  • Restart your device
  • Check available storage space on your device
  • If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the app (your subscription will remain active)

Subscription Issues

  • Verify your subscription status in your device's app store settings
  • Check that payment method is valid and up to date
  • Ensure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID or Google account
  • Wait a few minutes and restart the app if subscription just activated
  • Contact Apple or Google support for billing-related issues

Voice Not Playing

  • Check your internet connection (voice generation requires internet)
  • Verify device volume is turned up
